Today I am thankful for...

...... finding out exactly how much water I am supposed to drink!


 It's a LOT MORE than you think! In fact, i think most of us are walking around dehydrated! here's the formula:

Convert 75% of your weight to pounds. That number in ounces, is the amount you are supposed to drink.

i.e. for me: 0.75 x 55 kg = 90.9 lbs
Amount of water to drink daily = 90.9 ounces

That in litres = 2.57 litres

if you exercise, you have to add in more, obviously.

Time to guzzle!
