Had a meeting with my boss. Feeling rather apprehensive about the new project she has set me, yet strangely keen to see what I can do to help these kids. 

Her wise words to me-"if you are always going to be worried about not doing a good job, you will never do any job at all. Be confident. You are only going to be as good as you believe yourself to be!"

That, plus her promise to keep close tabs on me, sealed the deal.
