I worked from 9:30 all the way till 5 with back to back cases. AND didnt manage to eat anything until 5:15 (read: cold noodles and a cup of kopi peng). I survived all day on 1 cup of coffee and 1 bottle of chicken essence!
It was exhausting! ....yet strangely satisfying to be taking cases by myself..
